This morning has been one of lulz for two reasons:

1. The tickets I'm seeing come through.
2. The fact that said tickets are for the district office and not mine. :D

Ticket the First: "No can print to printer. Printer not plugged in."

Ticket the Second: "Can you make my mailbox bigger? Currently it's limited to 50,000KB, and that's pretty small."

Ticket the Third: "User's account is disabled. User is only able to log in if he disconnects LAN cable, but then informs call center tech that his Outlook and internet don't work."

Ticket the Fourth: "User requests Photoshop CS2. User says needs graphics card to install program."

Ticket the Fifth: "User requests admin rights because user wants to do more on her computer."

Ticket the Sixth, Part One: "User had website on internet saying to click here for virus scan. User clicked window. User's computer now running very slow. Requests tech to come check virus scan she started."

Ticket the Sixth, Part Two: "Virus reported on [same computer from Six Part One]. Please remove from network, scan and clean, and submit report to NOC."

I'm SO glad I don't work at the district office. They see tickets like these on a daily basis. XD
