I cam across these account notes today, and I thought I would share. I found it rather funny. :-)


cci with a modem that is "making ROARING sounds". Customer took to the store already and they reccomended and exchange. waived exchange fee, as its a situation beyond their control, and skipped additional troubleshooting as modem could be dangerous if provoked.

Linksys Is my Bitch

I just sent this email to my boss and a co-worker. Since 5pm (its now 11:13pm) I've been trying to get a Linksys ONE voip system to play nicely with the other static public IP addresses we have without taking the entire internet at our office down. I'm amazed that just plugging something into your gateway with a properly configured IP, DNS, GATEWAY, and SUBNET will crash the whole f--king thing.
