Doesn't it just piss you off when you ask a customer to repeat something back to you, like an email address or a web address to verify that you and the customer are on the same page, and when they read something back to you that doesn't match what you have, and you tell them so and try to give them the correct information, they get all indignant and insist that this is not what they said?

Sometimes I wish I could pull up the recording from the phone call and shove it back in their face.

Or, when you ask them to read back some particular information, and they end it with "and some numbers."
