I <3 emails

'cause you have the insanity in print. This email is no less than 5 pages, but I will share with you the first 3 paragraphs so you can get a taste of its awesomeness:
I am extremely interested in purchasing a license for your software, but I have been very ill for the last few months (and have no health insurance); my doctors are stumped and I have no idea when I will fit to search for a job, let alone be strong and healthy enough to endure the stress of an interview or to actually work. (I have 23 years of experience as a technical writer, specializing in software documentation, and have designed Web sites since the Web revolutionized Internet accessibility and access, since 1994 -- always hand-coding the HTML code and validating it to comply with the standards of the WWW Consortium.)
In addition, my mother has 'Adware.Mywebsearch.DK' on her system, but she is waiting for a finalized offer to work at home from her Windows XP Home computer for the Home Shopping Network (HSN). HSN, as part of the pre-hiring process, requires a Web-based on-line virus scan via the HSN Remote Access Portal, and my extensive Web searches have turned up absolutely no information of 'Adware.Mywebsearch.DK', which I find extremely odd.
My mother is 73 years old and retired; she has received a "verbal hire" for this position, but system security is obviously even more critical for her after she completes her month of training with HSN and starts working. She currently has no income, except for Social Security, but I keep advocating her need for your software; she was impressed by the demo version, but cannot afford to purchase a license at this point.
Alright, I'm 3 paragraphs in, and I have yet to see a support issue mentioned... I'll keep reading...
