Remember the "Jump to Conclusions Mat" from Office Space?  The guy who wrote this email is definately an avid player of the game:

I had to do a clean install. ( I suspect the problem was caused by magnetic interference from speakers on my desk) - anyway the program is refusing to accept my product key.

I am gonna tell him to unplug his speakers and try registering the product again. What he doesn't know is that I reset his key so he'll think my solution worked. Abraca-fucking-dabra!
