This is how my day started on Thursday...

Ok, little history.
About 2 weeks ago, I hurt my back. Somehow, I twisted wrong, or something, but I was in alot of pain. Not enough to make a hospital visit (like I have insurance yet), but enough to be extremely painful. So, I tried to gut it out, and almost jeopardised my perm position, because my wrapup times were so high. My super chewed me out because I didn't say anything to her, and for being so pigheaded.
Now fast forward to Wensday night, and the storm. Well, I tried to shovel this crap, and slipped, and hurt myself again. The to Thursday night. This time, I didn't even try to gut it out, I spoke up. So, off the phones I was. Being the lead tech for the class of newbies that was in their transition phase. Where they take calls, but they don't count mistakes against them.
What's the first thing I hear when I get there?
"Ah, Attack Gypsy? I have an irate on the phone. And he wants a supervisior."
"What happened?"
"He said he's lost thousands of dollars because his email is down."
"Why is it down?"
"He forgot his password."
"And why is it irate?"
"Because he wants a credit."
I gave him a credit of 6 months worth of email.
$0.00
They don't pay for email.
I got to have fun with that.
