Dear co-irker,

When you want me to add a subnet to a customer's service, I need that thingy called the 'subnet mask'. I'm not routing them what is apparently a /21 without management approval.

Also, your appalling command of the English language does not help when I have to decipher the whole ticket.

I used to work for a temp company for an IT services company at a large aerospace company in town. (and frankly I'm surprised I was not forced to do my own taxes and get classed as a "sub-contractor", which would have made me a sub-sub-contractor. But that's a bit of humor.)
