Grumpy, grumpy, grumpy

Okay , I know there's no way for you to know this, but I am extremely grumpy today. This is why I am being a little short with you on this call. But the way to make things better is *not* to piss me off more by arguing with me about each and every little thing I say. Just be quiet, do as I'll tell you, and I'll fix this problem and you can then complain to my manager about my grumpiness. But keep arguing with me, and I'm just going to keep getting snarkier and snarkier with you.

I have been blessed this morning by some special emails... here's one:

Please let me know how I can remove your trial version from my computer.  Your software does not have UNINSTALL option.  I don't like it.  If you do not provide me with the means of removing YOUR software from my computer immediately, I will have to pursue legal options.

I'd like to call Bill Gates to the stand...
Mr. Gates, please explain to the court how the Add/Remove Programs feature of Windows works.

THIS WEBSITE came in on a ticket for getting ports punched open through our corporate firewall so it's local client could contact home. Worse, it might actualy be "business justified"!!!
