ping mail.company.net.au : 0% loss
telnet mail.company.net.au 110 : blocked by NIS

adv cust NIS is causing the problem
adv cust try disabling and re-enabling, otherwise attempt
uninstall/reinstall

cust adv she doesn't think that's the problem
cust adv to remind her not to call after midnight as we are all useless
cust adv she installed an extension in mozilla and then uninstalled it
cust thinks this is the problem
