Dear Customers:

I love it when you reboot your computer randomly while I'm going through troubleshooting steps with you. It just gives me a thrill - and the older your computer it is, the more you should reboot it. Seriously, you'll make my day just explode with happy joyful colors.

Dear Inventory Supervisor Who Has Been Driving Me Crazy For The Last Two Years,

There are a few things I should not have to explain to you at this late date:

1) Saving things on your desktop as opposed to your H: drive is a bad idea.

2) When I remind you of this, creating a shortcut and then just deleting the original folder will not fix the problem.

3) Why is it, at this point, you have forgotten how to find the H: drive?

We've had everyone networked for at least 10 years. She's worked here for 15 or so.

Five days left. Only five days left. I will make it through!
