I normally don't get pissed at customers. But calling someone with a deep masculine voice "honey" is about as low as you can get.

This one's getting his computer wiped for that stunt. Don't expect me to treat your computer with respect if you can't treat me with any.

(yes, I know it's not a stupid computer or user issue with a computer, it's a plain old runofthemill jackass)

Let me ask a semi-serious question. I work for a software company and we do phone and email support - simultaneously... soI was wondering:

If you also do phone and email, what would you estimate is your volume of emails per day (average)- and do you have scheduled followup time off the phones - and if so how much time?
