I'm tired of depending on www.jayloden.com for support for every new incarnation of the AIM virus we get calls about. His site went down for a few hours today, probably because of all the people we and other support centers refer to his site. Our support center hasn't been able to find any other working solutions to the AIM virus. Do any of you know anything we don't know about it and how to fix it? Symantec refuses to acknowledge it as a virus from what I've heard and the AIM webpage removal instructions aren't specifically for this virus, and 98% of the time don't work.
