i escalated a call to our T2 specialist, because i couldnt find the answer to a question about some machine compatibility issues.
this is the answer i got back via email:
"I don't have an easy way of finding out."
...i'm sorry, i wasn't aware that it had to be EASY for you to find out. you're the TIER 2 escalation. that means you find out the things that AREN'T easy to find out. we're all trained technicians. we can find out the easy stuff by ourselves.
do your goddamn job!
