OK, if you *must* e-mail us artwork for your website as an 2 * 80MB (that's MegaBytes) uncompressed TIFF files, and after 3 minutes (that's 180 seconds) "it appears you guys didn't get it, something must have gone wrong", please don't re-send it to us again. And again. And again. (that's 4 times).

A quick mental calculation on this (small update to a website), I figure we've spent twice as much on bandwith downloading this e-mail 4 times than we recieved for "doing the job".
