liquidmercurial.livejournal.comIf I see another shitty-ass tech from another call center give another customer another POP number to dial into when the customer is having username and password errors.... I am going to become a screaming banshee on a killing spree. Why don't you #@($*)@#(*ing check what they have typed in for username and for password? morons!! The only time anyone should be changing a number is because either the number the customer is dialing into is down OR for testing purposes. Only once in a blue moon is this actually a valid fix. AND IT'S NEVER WITH AUTHENTICATION PROBLEMS!!
Why can't other techs just use their heads? "It's that lump 3 feet above your ass."
