Apr. 30th, 2001 12:38 amSo today I got a customer up, by guiding him through rewiring his network and undoing all the dammage the ISP tech did trying to get him to connect his modem directly to the nic. After we were done the guy demanded my ID number and full name, he had been sturn the whole time so ofcourse I was worried, especially when he asked for a supervisor. Then He tells me in just a stern voice that he'll call back in tomorow to ask for a supervisor to give me an acomodation!
That was nice to here. Of course I'll probobly get let go since I'm not supposed to touch a customers LAN especially when they have a NAT box in place.. But damnit sometimes I feel so sorry for theese guys, and it's so simple to fix.
