Could someone PLEASE tell me what is ambiguous about the phrases "Clear the screen" (we have a "Clear" button in the program) and "Save this record" (there's a "Save" button in the program)?!
I'm currently speaking with a customer who repeats EVERYTHING I TELL HER in the form of a question.
She just got a pop-up window with a yes/no question ("Do you want to add an account into this service?"), with the buttons "Yes" and "No." I said "Yes, you do want to add an account into this service". Customer: "So which button should I click?"
Not to mention this person works from home and is constantly being distracted by her kids in the background...there's nothing wrong with having kids. There's nothing wrong with working at home. However, I'd imagine that attempting to carry on a tech support conversation while working at home & trying to take care of the kids is futile.
