A clients tech comes back with "We've stopped the virus sending spam, can you unblock us in the mailserver?".

Good! I think, someone doing their job.

Then I notice that I told them about the virus and blocked them FIRST OF FEBRUARY! 

Yeah, good on you, but dude are you payed by the hour ? 

Seriously ? 113 days ?

HEADDESK.

I think you should unblock them with all due speed, similar to the speed with which they fixed their system. After all, that's how important it is to them.
