I just boiled down an email I had to send to an end user into what the end user will take from it. Sort fo how your dog hears 'blah blah blah Good Boy blah blah Treat blah blah..."

emailed user that tech support will not accept a ticket from tech support unless submitted by another arm of tech support that tech support cannot route tickets to.

Erm, could we have a few articles and pronouns, here? I've read your second paragraph five times and I still don't know what you're trying to communicate to the user! It isn't Western Union, and they aren't charging you by the word. I promise.

thank goodness the ticket ain't coming from tech support as that tech support is a bunch of assholes!

I mean if it had come from tech support it with would have been okay, but tech support? Hell no!
