American Telegraph & Telegram outsources? ... I guess it's not so American anymore. Damn, I thought it was bad when I heard Bank of America outsourced ... I guess company names are just a clever marketing scheme by the Corporate Machine...
This was fucking hilarious!! And now that I do field work and actually have to fix earthlink customers and shit onsite....this is SOOO FUCKING TRUE! I have called in numerous times to have them fix shit that was fucked up on the ISP end, and have spoken to several people with VERY THICK indian accents named, Jack, John, Matt, Jeanette, and Paul. Of course my reaction is "Yeah, right. Okay asswipe....open vantive, type this, then email so and so and fix this." Of course they have to go through their script that doesn't fix or do shit and has nothing to do with any of the problems....and then I have to get them back to the issue which they have no idea how to fix....and I have to tell them how to process it to fix it.....then of course the shit still can't get processed....and I wind up emailing a few friends that still work there to get the shit fixed.....
that is if I don't convince the customer that they should switch to the ISP service that my company offers with REAL AMERICAN and ENGLISH speaking technical support. And YES! I have already pulled several customers from both bellsouth and Earthlink all because of the non-english speaking/understanding dipshits in India and Manilla.
Fucking Corporate america is raping its customers.....giving them the good ole corn-holing. Hopefully, we will wake up.
There is so much that corporate america is doing right now to us right now that just makes me sick. They don't care about the employees or the customers, just their money. Socialism has never looked so good.
Our helpdesk is being switched to India. They've been slowly doing it for a while but will cut us off completely in about two weeks. Already the Indians are fucking up worse then if the phones were handed to drunken monkeys. At least the monkeys could be better understood then the fucking Indians. The Indians are fucking up in ways that I would never imagine fuck ups would happen. I can only sit back and laugh at the trainwreck they put their money toward.
All of this will turn around and bite all of them in the ass and I may be unemployed when it happens but I'm gonna be laughing my broke ass off.
