"I had a customer call in about an open speed issue in [Alaska market]. Customer's ticket ****** had the following notes:
"I am currently unaware of any parabolic or satellite equipment that will be able to increase the range of the modem. Current range is max 5 miles. The range needed to reposition to [ID Market] tower is 1827.07 miles. Per notes we are unable currently to provide the customer with any type of equipment to reposition modem to the suggested tower, so a truck roll was scheduled. Any information about the reason that this tower was suggested would be of great help."
