Backgound... I am in San Diego, and have been subjet to a week of typhoon-force storms, rain, hail, etc. for the past week.

Then your building was hit by fucking lightning.

Yes, you can get a shared exchange service through us, which will guarantee 24/7 email with no outages. This will cost about 10X the fees you're paying now. Then you can have your iphones, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, and any other fruit happily syncing with exchange even when your building burns down.

Until then, sit tight. The router will be overnighted, and we will spend a small chunk of our weekend configuring your VPNs so you can have your precious email monday morning. And you better believe we're billing you overtime.

God, reminds me of when I worked at the local Girl Scout office one summer. They had every 10-year-old mouth breathing Gateway PC in the building plugged into its own UPS - EXCEPT THE SERVER.
