Can't decide
Nov. 2nd, 2009 04:50 pmWhich thing is worse: When you've got a steady stream of calls BUT none ever shows up on your indicator; each call rings through JUST as the previous one hangs up so your queue box always shows 0 0 0 0 but you're still always on a call... or just always having like, five to eight calls in the queue holding for up 2, 3, 4 minutes?
Mine's the first thing. I can't fricking STAND IT. It makes me CRAZY. I think I'm gonna get a minute to breathe but NOOO, here's another boob who can't type the word "password" into a little box.... GYAHHH!!
I'm okay now. Really. ::pant pant::

Date: 2009-11-03 06:28 pm (UTC)Had that happen for a month or two when management put me in a new queue that was my actual new specialty, but forgot to take me out of about 4 other ones that I should have been taken out of. It took me a while to get used to the sound of being in "available" again after that. ;)
