2) That having been said, our support staff for the Windows machines = 78 people; our support staff for the Macs = me, and I spend 7/8ths of my time helping the Windows people, and probably would spend less on the Macs if (a) the sysadmins weren't so Mac-hostile and (b) the Mac users weren't such a bunch of f*cking WHINERS. Which brings us back to your point - an idiot is an idiot is an idiot, no matter what OS is running on their computer.
