Dear idiot customer:

While you may think that your credit card number appearing as the "Purchase Order" number is an "egregous" (egregious?) security flaw in OUR order system, I can assure you that the only way your credit card number will appear in the "Purchase Order Number" field is if you put it there. So perhaps, the security flaw you found actually is YOU and your simple lack of reading comprehension. Perhaps you need to be patched. Perhaps you need to pay more attention to what data the field is asking for.

Sylvan Learning Center offers reading comprehension courses. Then again, there's probably a reason you're an insurance salesman.

Next time try not to be such a fucking moron.

Hey, at my old company, we used to have a salesperson with about the same level of reading comprehension on forms. Her suggested solution was that I take "classes in Excel" because she clearly knew so much more about the program than I did since she'd supported it for six years and I had never seen it before. Wait, that's the other way around.

The bad part was that she managed to convince my boss that SHE was right, and also that she should be made my supervisor. Needless to say I didn't last long once she was in charge. :(
