But the minute I'm gone is the minute they will answer and hang up and I'll have to start holding all over again.

Try being stuck on a call with a customer for an hour and a half, you been drinking beers for 3 hours into your shift, and you start to need to take a piss right at the beginning of the call.

Then the silly bitch is a psycho-hosebeast who goes off about EVERYTHING, and doesn't let you stick her on hold.

I was on grave. I should have just pissed into the empty bottles.

Sometimes we have little parties and stuff. Basically for morale, and as a reward when things have been shit.

I was on grave, and they'd had their party earlier that night. There were two crates of beer left in the lunch room.

So, I got myself might drunk. It's grave shift. Who's gonna call?
