Recap: Helldesk for a hospital.

Dear User who forgot your Work Schedule in your Car.

No. We cannot send Support out to go retrieve it for you.
1. It's in your driveway.
2. Support will piss themselves laughing if I sent this ticket to them, and they're short staffed. We can't send them home to clean themselves.
3. It is possible to reprint it if you contact your Supervisor.

Thank you for the one bright spot in this otherwise hellishly busy, psychotic day.

I'd volunteer to go get it. I'd also drive the car to work for the person, fill the gas tank, get a car wash, the whole shebang. I might even get back to work before the day is over.
