So today we had a client hit by the 'Nachi' Worm. Welchia of some variant, I don't really think the McAfee identified it right ...

My friend and I were out there fixing their computers, as this other tech walked by this 55ish year old woman keying in entries, she stops him.

The whole exchange had me laughing to the point I couldn't breath.

Customer: Hey -wrong name- could you help me?
Tech: -wrong name- ? I'm -right name-
Customer: Oh ...... sorry .... Anyway, this terminal thingie stopped working.
Tech: Oh, ok then. Good bye.
Customer: *goes wide eyed* are you leaving!?!?!?!
Tech: No .. you are, have a good night.
Customer: oh...

The lady's terminal thingie wasn't working, therefore she would have to leave :)
