I had a call like that the other day I insisted the user to see if his caps lock button was on over and over again, he says he didn't. Apparently, he did have it on and hung up the phone on me when he realized his mistake and was able to get in.
yes!! so many of my customers (domain admin) should not have websites, it's not even funny anymore. only once did i actually tell a client that he needed to tell his web designer to call in instead of calling me himself.
