My office computer just died i.e. wont even start. Now, I am not allowed to touch it. At all.
I have told our joke of an IT department multiple times that the computer had issues i.e. disk failures. They told me to defrag and not worry ...
I died a little inside.

but I am rather curious as to what they think happened. Will keep you guys updated. Mind, this is the same department that was convinced that my printer not transporting paper is a software issue.

Two explaining but not redeeming features: I live in China. Nepotism is the norm not the exception here. And number 2: I work for the bioreserve aka university, we breed interesting employees.
