In person. I discovered the power supply's tenants while I was removing it and one of the sonofabitches CRAWLED OUT THE VENT AND ONTO MY HAND.

And if the power supply wasn't bad before, it sure as hell was after I SCREAMED LIKE A GIRL AND DROPPED IT ON THE FLOOR.
