I can handle any of the following during a call:

1) Extremely thick foreign accent
2) Extremely distorted phone audio
3) Very idiosyncratic use of English in general and tech English in particular
4) Fundamental conceptual misunderstanding of how elements of a system work
5) Unrealistic expectations as to what the system can or will do
6) A "that's completely unacceptable" attitude when I try to remedy 4) and 5)

Just not all at once. Jesus fscking X .. not to mention having to concentrate so hard on what the angry idiot is saying that there's no chance in hell of me writing *any* case notes during the call.

(I called him back on a wired phone, somewhat better on the audio distortion. Didn't help with the insane Spanglish.)
