We got this in an email today from one of our clients...

"I think your company fails to understand master/servant relationships".

It amazes me how high on oneself you can be and still be a complete and utter moron.

That said, since you're paying us, does that make you the servant?

i thought...

it was no longer 'PC' (pardon the pun) to use the term Master/Slave. I thought it was now Primary/Secondary... or was that just in L.A.??

And I just gotta say that the whole un-PCness of master/slave (computer-related) is incredibly lame.

A proper response

You know some people pay good money for that kind of relatiosnship. Maybe the response should read something like this:
"Dear Ma'am,
We apologize that we unable to meet your request for a master/slave relationship. At this time the only support we provide is/are *insert type of support here*. To obtain such services you may want to contact a local adult-leather shop to get the information to a BDSM community in your area. We regret that we do not have the resources to meet your request or supply your with the name of your local BDSM community, but as previously mentioned our scope of support is limited to *insert type of support here*. Thank you for your understanding."

I feel your pain. We work for laywers that are always telling us that they don't know how to do it but are positive it can be done but the ways we are doing it are wrong.

Go figure!
