Okay, so I am doing callbacks to setup people with our new caching product. All the changeover requires is removing the old software via add/remove programs and setting up the proxy server in Internet Options.

So, the very last callback I get, is this old lady.

She gets angry at the normal operations of her computer.

Me: Okay Ma'am, go ahead and click on Start, then Settings, then Control Panel.
Her: I clicked on control panel and it disappears!! AARRGH
Me: Ma'am, it's supposed to disappear. Just wait for the Control Panel to come up
Her: Da*n it, how long is this going to take??
