We had a free offering for an anti-virus, anti-spyware, firewall package on our website.

Well, it wasn't Vista-compatible. And it took out "partner" almost 9 months to give us the compatible version, even though they already had it 6 months ago.

You wouldn't believe what I heard, especially when it really bombed out bad, and messed up machines. People kept screaming about lawsuits. Never did get sued though.
