Me: "Ok just enter your login information."
Customer: "Do you want me to hit enter?"
*bangs head on desk* No, just sit there and hope it figures out you want to login.

LOL or the one that freaks out..."It says OK? Should I click it? Will that be ok?" Needless to say they've logged in before and amazingly the computer didn't blow up when they did such, what makes this time different!?!?

It's like they surrender all intellect once they call you. Or as a comic I read once put it "Ok I took my brain, smoked a big bowl of crack, and I am now ready to call tech support!"
