"The people here don't know the computer, so it has to be your program that is changing the passwords!"

Yeah, because writing a piece of software that randomly changes a user's password would be a brilliant idea.

Why, why, why can't people just admit "I forgot the password" instead of insisting that it had to be their computer? GAH!

aaaahhhh.... my fantasy.....

Writing a program to randomly change passwords every random interval, and ignoring all the resulting phone calls.

Hehehehe...

I love it when I get asked:

"Well, how did I get locked out?"

Well how the hell do I know? Stupidity? The server has a stupidity rating and you qualified?

Sheesh.

you mean that you want people to admit either
1) that they forgot something?
2) that they are stupid and didn't write down something that they needed to remember?
3) that they don't know how to use this thing that they paid for in most cases?
