I had this "Employee" call me then email 4 times then his manager called my manager to find out when "Employee" was getting his new laptop!

ARRGGGHHHHHHHH

He's already got one this is just an update WTF is it that hard to understand "I'll let you know when it's done" !

I then had to email my manager explaining why he hasn't got it yet, ermmm could it be because it took him a MONTH to decide on the spec then we have a ten day delivery then a day or two to configure and get it to said Employee?

WHEN IT'S DONE I'LL TELL YOU !!!

Put him on hold for long times "while you go check on it's status" when he calls. then pick up the phone and blast an air horn into it.

I had one of those yesterday. She called every half hour, and, due to us being a staff of 5, and I'm the main phone-monkey, got about 50% of her calls. She knew us all by voice by around 3pm.
