After going back and forth with a customer for almost an hour about problems with his account and his general stupidity the customer admitted he was wrong and apologized.

Had to take a minute for stunned silence there.

That has NEVER happened. EVER.

This just completely made my day.

sorry but i just have to post a comment here. i work in a net cafe and we get things like that A LOT. to hear that there are still customers willing to apologise can only be a sign of hope... but then...
