Follow up post

I just had to post this. I've been keeping up with the notes on the asshat's file, just to see if he called in again and tried to cause trouble or be a dick to the next tech. So I read the next tech's notes. Unfortunately, it does seem that the techs work on Saturday in this guy's area, which is certainly more than he deserves. But the beautiful part is the next tech's notes:

*Name of field tech here* calling on behalf of *meaniepants* to to order a replacement modem. *Douchenozzle* is requesting a Westell 327W modem to be sent to him, (
bolding was the tech's emphasis) he is aware of additional charges that may be assessed to his account for that.

Gee. Maybe if he had listened to me about what the problem actually was, he might be getting back on the internet quicker. Now he has to wait 24 to 72 business hours for the modem to get there (and there's no getting around Sunday for him). But at least I know I was right about the modem. Not that there was much doubt, but I hope that sticks in his craw.

Were meaniepants and douchenozzle actually used in the notes? I want to believe they were.
