this guy started the call by saying why does he even pay for this F'ing service

I told him i was going to hang up if he didnt watch the language he replied with "wut language?" i told him any four letter words that you cant say on TV

this hick wanted, no DEMANDED his internet account be reactivated when he has a RPC DCOM virus (blaster/welchia) and when i told him i wasnt going to unless his computer had been cleaned from this virus.. he started screaming into the phone.. F'ing this and Sh*t that... and then said "fine, cancel my account and dun you charge me no more or else!" so i went ahead and canceled it.. but if the modem he has is a rental and he doesnt return it.. he'll get charged $175 for it.. I tried to tell him about that but the dumb redneck hung up on me..

You showed a lot more patience than I would've. Since you had already warned him that any more profanity would end the call, I would've hung up on him the second he cussed again.

But, as I've mentioned before, I'm not the world's nicest tech. If I don't get out of tech support soon, I'm going to morph into a real-life BOFH.
