So no, we don't support Chinese characters since we're a US company publishing US/English software. We support the latin character set and unless you want to pay use $20,000 to develop a chinese version of our software, you're SOL buddy.

I've had almost the same conversation recently. After speaking to another five people and emailing us constantly for a month, the bloke concerned seems to have moved from "Why won't it work" to "I demand that you make it work", "What are you going to do about it?" and "I'll sue!". To which the replies were "We can't", "Nothing" and "Bwahahaha!"
