When your autorun service fails on 20/150 machines, requiring you to reinstall the automation, do not tell me how unacceptable this is, how you paid for this and it's totally unusable. Cut it out. Also, the following items will only earn you negative points:

1) Telling me how you had somebody in my group set this up for you, which is a service we sell, meaning you nagged someone until they gave in just to shut you up.

2) Using the words "This is unacceptable" in a tech call. Dude? Shit happens. Sometimes, things break. Use the logic button with me for a minute. If your automation app breaks..... you'll have to fix it locally. Why is that so unbelievable?

3) When I blow an hour of my time finding the most expedient process, one containing ONLY THREE STEPS, do not... NOT whinge about a reboot.

4) Do not tell me my product is useless when the majority of your machines are working JUST FINE, have always worked JUST FINE, and have saved you HOURS of onsite work.

It drives me nuts. I tell people that if they have a problem with this and wish to bitch at me, talk to my boss or call the customer service people. I am not here to listen to your problem; I am here to fix it.

I lol on the inside at those people. "But I NEEEEED my phone for BUSINESS! I've lost money!"

FFS, buy a cheap piece of shit phone and keep it for emergencies, if you need to be in contact that much. I've had people threaten to sue the client because they lost money due to not having a phone for a while. I have to wonder what goes through what passes for a brain with those people...

I think nobody should be taught the word "unacceptable" until they learn what it actually means. Because I NEVER hear it unless it's in a situation where the person saying it has no CHOICE but to accept the situation. Morons.

Yes! It is amazing to me how much faster I could help people if they would stop whining about the problem and just tell me the problem.

"We're losing $10,000 dollars a minute...."

"We payed a lot of money for this..."

Hahah, I love those people. Every 6 seconds they waste costs a cool grand. Most of those people, in my experience, are used to speaking in business platitudes and don't actually feel comfortable trying to communicate raw facts.
