uhm... not much to say. just add that i had them set the computer to defrag, turn off the monitor and go watch some tv for two days.

actually, i logged it something along these lines.

Customer was having connection issues due to electrical problems within his home. Customer has been advised to check with an state certified electrician and to call back if there are any further issues.

a simular call envolved lightning and a cable modem.
