I had to explain to a woman how to click the 'back' button earlier today. She threw a hissy fit because she didn't want to do that. I *really* wanted to tell her that it was time to put on her big girl underwear and suck it up... but I actually like having a job. Instead, I told her if she didn't, she'd be suck at the wrong page forever. She hung up. :D Mission accomplished.

Man, today was the day of hang-ups. Had two and can go for months without one. Funny thing is, I can't remember what they were for. In both cases, the physics of the universe (and network techs, already working on the problem) were the trigger for adult onset hissy-fit.

Jeez, if she's that worried about losing her data... copy/paste does wonders... and if that's not an option, she can take a screencap, create a .jpg or .bmp with Windows Paint if she doesn't have a good program, and recreate the data from scratch.
