There is a certain 'undefined' problem description that a certain manager always looks through. "Better categorization of our work" and such.

I just closed a ticket with that categorization. In the Tech Notes....

In Accordance with Prophecy, as stated in The Book of Remedy, Ticket #xxxx, Work Log, the problem so firmly ensconced in The Honorable E. User's has been reduced to the ash from whence it came and will worry his brow no more this day.

Then I noticed that my editing sucks and added another entry of

* insert "Outlook Out of Office" into previous screed where and as you find fitting.

I must be growing mad ninja skills or something, because I Just Don't Care.
