Ok I didn't MEAN to go over my team lead's head and bypass everything he's been telling me today about the certifications and technically I didn't ASK the boss above him if the MOS for Word was ok but it's ok on the Expert Level which is going to be uber difficult but now I need to find a book that teaches me everything out there
