techrecoveryI know you are the all knowing Brown tech support, oh?? 2nd tier ta boot! Wow. Do I get extra brownie points for saying that I am a PC/Lan Analyst? I do believe I outrank you by far! Now lets get to the point of the matter now that we are done measuring our penis. And even though I have to strap one on it is still bigger than yours!
If I tell you it is your website that is giving me a "the information you requested is not available at this time, please try again" message... perhaps the problem oh... MAY perhaps lie... mmm with your website and not my customers browser. Yes I cleared the cache, history and cookies. Yes I have rebooted since then. And oh yes...I did double check the browser for any repairs and lookie here... no flipping data! You know if I have to hit F5 to refresh the page for every item the customer needs to view... I think ... mmm just maybe, there maybe a problem with the way you code your page for corporate customers since you know all about how to refresh the page!! Now get your 2nd tier butt down to where ever you keep your web designers and let them know they suck.
Oh and ps: You ever take that southern accent talking down to me tone again I will reach through the phone and shake you until the marbles fall out of your brain!

We had a few gals who worked HD with us, and they were all very good (well, except for one, but she didn't last long)
Jude Milhon has been fighting this stereotype for a long time, if you are interested in Tech and Feminism, she is definately worth checking out.
