Also, telling me I'm not being helpful, that you're going to call back and talk to someone who will give you what you want will NOT get you a different answer.

Me on phone: "...well yes sir I supposed you could set your shipment up that way, but that would mean you are trying to bypass a federal regulation, which is highly illegal"
They usually hang up on me too because I'm not being helpful and "this is bad customer service"...I'm tech support. I am paid to tell you how you have to do something to make it work on our shipping programs...if you wanted someone to kiss your ass, why don't you actually call customer service and leave me alone.
