Me: Do you meet the minimum sytem specs?
[l]user: What are system specs?
Me: Does you computer meet the minimum sytem requirements stated on the packaging.
[l]user: I don't know...
Me: Do you know the processor speed of your PC?
[l]user: Uh...no.
Me: Ok, go to start, then run and type in 'dxdiag'.
[l]user: OK...done.
Me: Read for me 'processor' and 'memory'.
[l]user: Ok...Pentium Celeron MMX 550mhz and 193mb.
Me: Ok, now read the system requirements on the packaging of the game.
[l]user: (pause)...128MBs.
Me: And the minimum processor speed?
[l]user: (bigger pause)...Intel Pentium III 800mhz.
Me: You just purchased a game you can't run.
[l]user: Oh...
Me: Thanks for calling.
